Following our January Church Council meeting on Saturday last, I am writing to thank you for the work that you have done to alleviate the damp problems in the party wall between the church and the adjacent Magna properties. We would like to place on record the fact that your contractors, Wall Coatings Ltd, were extremely pleasant and cooperative and very easy to work with. The standard of their work was very high, and the finished result makes the cottages very attractive. Now that the job is finished, I can confirm that the slightly reduced access to the church hall has caused no problems. I hope that the residents of the cottages will feel the benefit of the works as we have.
